NGM Group was formed on 1 March 2023 following a member-endorsed merger between Greater Bank Limited and Newcastle Permanent Building Society Limited.

The Group’s portfolio today comprises the two retail brands Greater Bank and Newcastle Permanent, focussed on helping customers and communities thrive.

Supporting and serving more than half a million Australians, our branches span the Sydney-basin to the Gold Coast and NSW Central West. Our partnerships and digital banking options mean that many of our customers reside outside our physical footprint.
